This little cutie recently celebrated her first birthday. I loved her blue tutu!

I'm Jamie Bloom, of In Full Bloom Photography. Thanks for stopping by! I am a wedding and portrait photographer based out of Clay Center, Kansas. I specialize in fun, casual photos of families, kids, and couples. I love to shoot outside, and have several wonderful locations available. I also have recently purchased a small building and converted it into a studio for more traditional, formal portraits. Please visit my website for more information on booking a session.
My husband, Caleb, and I have been married for almost 18 years, and we have 3 terrific kids who keep us extremely busy! When I do have spare time, I love music, movies, and books. As a family, our favorite weekend activity is to grab a pizza and head to the pond for some fishing.
We had a wonderful vacation! The scenery was beautiful, and the weather was cool and humidity-free! I took lots of pictures, and I hope to someday share some of them with you, but for now, I am feeling a bit overwhelmed……I am so behind on editing! It will be a while before I have time to look at vacation photos.
The day before we left for Colorado, I photographed Kate and Garret’s wedding. They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the park, and I am excited to share those images with you…..but first, here are some of their engagement photos. They are such a fun couple! Their images were full of personality!
We are loading the car and heading to Yellowstone National Park! Before we leave, I wanted to share with you my final senior (I think….I hope I didn’t forget anyone!) from 2010. This is Ky, and she came from Mankato for her session.
Ky brought along her 3 best friends for her session, so we had to get some fun shots of the girls together….

Many of the seniors that I photograph request that we shoot 2 sessions….one during the summer when everything is green and blooming, and another one in the fall when the leaves are changing and they feel more comfortable wearing sweaters and jeans. Kaylee was one of those seniors, so we ended up shooting photos on a very warm day last summer, and then on a cold and somewhat rainy day in the fall.

This is the two-sided graduation invitation that I designed for Kaylee….this is side one (above)……
I’ve been told by more than one mother that a student’s senior year is a hectic one…..so many things to think about, from activities to college plans, graduation and much more……so I can’t imagine what it would be like to have not just one, but three high school seniors all at the same time…attending two different schools, too! That was the case last year with these triplets……Landon, Logan and Lindy……..
And here is the Graduation Invitation that I designed for them…………..
Someone asked me this week after Audrey’s post where she got her cute orange jacket, so I had to e-mail her and ask! I often ask the girls I am photographing about their clothes, including Chasity….I loved several of the things she wore for her photos, including this cool leather jacket!
