It’s hard to believe that Easter Sunday is almost here already. It truly seems like we just celebrated Christmas last week! When I think of Easter, the images that come to mind are still those of my family attending the Hayes Church on Easter morning. As I was thinking about that this morning, I remembered these images that I took last summer of my kids, and my niece and nephew, out at the Hayes Church, just a few weeks after our final service.
We’ve taken a lot of photos on these steps through the years.
This tree is in the backyard of the church. It’s always been a great tree for climbing.
And of course, the church has never had indoor restrooms…..you can see one of the two outhouses in the background of this photo.
